How do I access my courses? Category: Access
Use the email you registered with to log in through the header. Your enrolled courses appear in your learning area and remain available across devices.
If you can’t find a course after purchase, check that you used the same email at checkout and login.
Can I change the email on my account? Category: Access
Yes. Send us a request from the email currently linked to your account and include the new email address. We’ll verify ownership and update your profile.
Tip: if you used Apple/Google “Hide my email”, please mention it so we can locate the correct account.
What is your refund policy? Category: Payments
If a course does not match its description, contact support within 14 days and we will help. We aim to keep the process simple and fair.
Include your purchase email and course name so we can resolve the request faster.
Do you provide invoices or receipts? Category: Payments
We can provide a receipt confirmation for your order details. If you need billing info on the document, ask a question and specify your billing name and address.
Do you provide certificates? Category: Certificates
Yes. After completing all lessons and passing the final checklist, you can download a named certificate.
If your certificate name is misspelled, ask a question with the correct name and we’ll assist.
How much time should I plan per week? Category: Learning format
Most learners make steady progress with 4–6 focused hours weekly. Sessions are designed to fit into 30–60 minute blocks.
You can pause anytime and come back later without losing progress.
Can I learn from my phone? Category: Learning format
Yes. The platform is responsive and works on modern mobile browsers. For best results, keep your browser updated.
Some course assets may require a stable connection depending on file size.
How do you handle my data? Category: Privacy
We keep data minimal and transparent. We store only what’s needed to deliver your learning experience and communicate about your account.
If you want to request deletion or export of your data, use the “Ask a question” form and choose “Privacy request” in your message.
Can I change cookie preferences later? Category: Privacy
Yes. If the cookie banner is available in the site UI, you can revisit it and adjust preferences. Otherwise, clearing your browser cookies will prompt the banner again.
